At ERŐ GRACE, each piece is created with purpose and dedication, reflecting the strength (ERŐ) and divine grace (GRACE) that inspire us. To ensure a transparent and satisfying shopping experience, we present our complete shipping policy.
We operate on a print-on-demand production model, in partnership with Printful. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed, which allows us to maintain quality, minimize waste, and offer unique products. Your patience during the production process is essential.
Order Processing & Production Times
After you place your order, we begin the production process. The typical production time for most of our products is 2 to 7 business days. This period does not include shipping time. We will always do our best to expedite this process while maintaining the quality that sets us apart.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are in addition to production time and may vary depending on the final destination. We use a global network of reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you with the utmost care.
- Portugal: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe (EU): 7 to 15 business days
- International (Rest of World): 10 to 20 business days
Note: These are estimated timeframes. Unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, holidays, customs issues, or carrier volume peaks), which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the total order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. We strive to offer the most competitive rates possible through our partners.
To show our gratitude and make our products more accessible, we offer free shipping on all orders with a total value over €50 (fifty euros). This offer is applied automatically in your shopping cart.
Partner Carriers
ERŐ GRACE, through Printful, collaborates with a vast network of world-renowned carriers, including but not limited to CTT, DPD, DHL, USPS, Canada Post, and Royal Mail. The ideal carrier for your order will be selected based on efficiency and reliability for your specific destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website or Printful's tracking platform. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Products
Despite all our care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it is lost in transit (after the maximum estimated delivery time has passed), please contact us at info@erograce.com within a maximum of 14 days after the expected delivery date.
For damaged products, we request that you include clear photos of the item and the packaging, along with your order number. For lost products, we will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the case, arrange a reshipment or a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to wrong or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If you choose to cancel the order after its return, the product price will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs and a possible administrative fee. If you need to change the address before shipping, contact us immediately; we will do our best, but cannot guarantee a change after production has begun.
Customs & Duties for Orders Outside the European Union (EU)
For customers outside the European Union, it is important to note that your orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (VAT), and other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ERŐ GRACE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We advise customers to check their country's customs policies before making a purchase to avoid surprises. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the order being returned, and any associated costs (including return fees) will be deducted from any applicable refund.
